The challenge
Sappi, a global leader in wood fibre with sustainability at its core, had an EVP but needed help bringing it to life. Their goal was clear: to become a “global employer
of choice.” The challenge was to effectively activate this EVP, ensuring it resonated with external audiences while embedding it internally to build a strong culture
and foster employee engagement.
The solution
The solution was a campaign which celebrates the surprising ways trees impact our everyday lives. Whether it’s a well-fitted suit made from cellulose or a comfy t-shirt, Sappi’s innovative technology turns wood fibre into everyday items.
A a design system was created that drew on Sappi’s corporate brand guidelines but with a softer, more human touch. This new approach connected with people and told the Sappi story in a beautifully simple, yet meaningful way, seamlessly integrating
the EVP into every touch point and supporting the company’s vision of becoming
an employer of choice.
