Currys/PC World – Tinchy Stryder

The challenge
Currys/PC World aimed to launch an audio range that truly resonated with
a young, music-loving audience, while standing out in the competitive world
of celebrity-endorsed products. They wanted to create a brand that felt authentic, fresh, and credible in the street-style music scene, but without just copying the big players in the market. They needed a solution that would not only stand out but
also feel true to the vibe of the audience they wanted to reach.

The solution
Currys/PC World partnered with rapper Tinchy Stryder to create ‘On Cloud Nine,’
a street-style audio brand that feels both aspirational and relatable. Designed as
a “Beats-alike” with its own identity, the brand blends high-performance sound
with Tinchy’s cultural influence. The result is a product line that resonates with
a music-savvy audience, staying true to both the artist’s credibility and the
brand’s identity.
